Registration
- Open until September 21.
- You can sign up directly on the Nashville Honky Tonk website.
- Price: 5 € per person (includes 2 bottles of water per participant).
- At the time of registration you must indicate the name of the group, the names of the members of the group (email and telephone contact of the group leader), name of dance, song and name of the chosen singer/group.
- You must deliver the transcript of the dance and music by e-mail by September 21. It may be written in Spanish, Catalan or English. The groups give all rights to publication of the dance sheets and undertake not to publish them or show them in any dance hall, school or elsewhere before November 1.
Music
- The selection must be country music.
- No retouched or cut songs, the songs will be faithful to the author as originally sung.
- If the same song is chosen by more than one group the order of registration will apply and the 'second' group will be notified that the music is unavailable.
- The chosen song should not have any known dance.
- The music must be sent in mp3 by e-mail to nashville@countrymusics.com and its' correct reception will be confirmed. We request that the music be sent as soon as possible.
Participants
- Each group may have from 2 to 4 participants.
- Each participant can only be present in one group.
Choreography
- The dances have no step limit (although 64 is recommended) and bridges are accepted.
- The dance must be new and never explained or presented in any other competition.
Wardrobe
- Of free choice for the participants.
Judging
- The choreography, its fluidity, its coordination with the music, the groups coordination, wardrobe and dance presentation will be taken in account.
Schedule
- The drawing for the order of participants will be the Saturday one week before the contest.
- Time to be confirmed, depending upon the number of participating groups.
